替代产品

替代产品是一种营销策略,它涉及与所需核心产品一起 upsell 相关产品。

替代产品与访问附件产品不同,因为它们显示的位置与所需核心产品不同。

  • 替代产品是在查看产品页面时,产品页面底部建议的。 这创建了一个 upsell 机会,就是在购物过程中。

配置替代产品

To add an alternative product to a product form, navigate to Sales ‣ Products ‣ Products and choose a product. Ensure that the product’s Sales checkbox is ticked and click the Sales tab. In the Upsell & Cross-sell section, click the Alternative Products drop-down menu to set alternative products. Products are displayed in alphabetical order. If the desired product isn’t readily visible, type its name in the field to bring it up, then select it to add it as an alternative product.

How alternative products appear to customers

Although the Sales app is used to configure alternative products, customers will only encounter them when visiting a website created with the eCommerce app. Alternative products are automatically suggested during the shopping process when a customer visits the webpage for an associated core product. They appear underneath the product listing under the header Alternative Products.
