启用电子签名锁单

The Odoo Sales application provides customers with the ability to confirm orders, via an online signature, directly on the sales order. Once the sales order is electronically signed by the customer, the salesperson attached to the sales order is instantly notified that the order is confirmed.

激活电子签名

为了使客户能够通过在线签名确认订单， 必须 激活 在线签名 功能。

要激活 在线签名 功能，请转到 销售应用 ‣ 配置 ‣ 设置 ，滚动到 报价与订单 标题，并通过勾选旁边的复选框来激活 在线签名 功能。

然后，点击左上角的 保存 按钮。

Note

在制作报价模板时，在线签名功能是位于报价模板表单的 在线确认 字段中的 签名 选项。

在标准报价单上，在线签名功能是位于报价单表单的 其他信息 选项卡下的 签名 选项。

使用电子签名来确认报价单

当客户通过他们的客户门户在线访问报价单时，报价单上会直接显示一个 签名并支付 按钮。

当点击时，会弹出一个 确认订单 的弹窗。在这个弹窗中， 全名 字段会根据数据库中的联系信息自动填充。

然后，客户可以选择以下任一选项输入在线签名： 自动 、 手写 或 加载 。

自动 会让Odoo根据 全名 字段中的信息自动生成一个在线签名。 手写 允许客户使用光标直接在弹窗中创建自定义签名。而 加载 则允许客户从他们的计算机上传一个预先创建的签名文件。

在客户选择了上述三种签名选项（ 自动 、 手写 或 加载 ）中的任何一个后，他们将可点击 接受并签名 按钮。

当点击 接受并签名 时，各种支付方式选项将变得可用，供他们选择（如果此报价适用 在线支付 选项）。

Then, when the quotation is paid and confirmed, a delivery order is automatically created (if the Odoo Inventory app is installed).

View online signatures in Developer Mode

Clients can view the online signature in developer mode.

To view a online signature from a paid invoice, go to Sales app ‣ Orders ‣ Orders and select the desired sales order. A new tab, Customer Signature, is available. Click the tab to view the electronic signature as well as the Signed By and Signed On information.
