Automatically collect business documents into project tasks
Define collection rules per project type.
Map source states to task stages and link every task back to its document.
Overview
Project AI connects business documents to projects. For each project type, administrators choose which model to watch, which records to collect, how record states map to task stages, and what the generated task should contain. When a matching record is created or changes state, a task is created or updated in the target project with a reference to the source document.
Tasks are not left behind: deleting the source document removes the task it generated, and task stages are created on the project as soon as a collection rule is added.
