The Enterprise edition greatly enhances the Community edition with many additional details. The official hosted SaaS version starts at $162 per user per year.
Commercial open source requires purchasing a license. With the current optimized new policy, all features are bundled together, basically covering all the needs of group enterprises, with no more per-module fees. You can pay annually per user, and there is no requirement on the number of users!
Minimum purchase of 1 user is sufficient. New users enjoy a 20% discount. Below is the annual pre-tax price for a 5-user license for new users. For actual use, please purchase in full based on usage duration and actual number of users (latest quote as of November 2026).

Enterprise version is a huge enhancement over Community version
The paid Odoo Enterprise edition is a significant enhancement over the Community edition. In addition to adding many features, the biggest functional difference is:
- The Enterprise edition has complete financial accounting features, while the Community edition only has simple accounts receivable and payable management. Starting from version 13, group finance was introduced, mainly for consolidated financial statements of multi-company groups.
- Enterprise supports mobile barcode apps, while Community supports only desktop barcode (inventory/manufacturing)

Other services, including custom development, implementation, training, etc., are charged according to the following standards, excluding tax. Pre-sales communication/requirements communication/after-sales consultation time/travel/training preparation are all counted as billable hours:

- ￥1500 per support person-day (1 person-day is the minimum unit)
- ￥2500 per development man-day (1 man-day is the minimum unit), generally tiered pricing.

- The number of person-days refers to the number of person-days paid in a lump sum. For installment payments, it is calculated based on the person-day amount paid in each installment. Rapid deployment in a service package generally includes basic installation, data import, customization, on-site service, consulting, and more.
If you want to deploy on a private cloud, you must purchase through an official partner. The official partner will provide the complete Odoo Enterprise source code, and the partner is obligated to provide version upgrades for its customers and official bug fixes for native Odoo. The service period is one year, including Odoo version updates and bug fixes within one year.
Note: Starting in 2025, Odoo has strengthened its EOL (End-of-Life policy) requirements. If you do not upgrade within the 3-year EOL cycle, you must pay the new-purchase version price. At the same time, to safeguard your company's data and operational security, we strongly recommend upgrading your Odoo version every three years.
